Pauline is an experienced educator, management consultant and
executive coach.
Pauline knows schools and understands education.
She was Head of Junior School at Wesley College (St Kilda Rd
Melbourne) with the focus of her role to nurture and care for the
junior students and families. Pauline was only 26 when she was
appointed to this senior management role.
For the past ten years Pauline has extended this experience
through management consulting in the education sector. Some
of her work has included:
- Curriculum and program reviews; development of
marketing and communication plans for schools and she is
a sought after conference speaker on strategic
communication in education. - Specialist Education Advisor with Scaffidi Hugh-Jones,
Melbourne, on a range of Vic & NSW government
communication projects.
- Government Advisory Services team (Social Policy) with
KPMG Melbourne Australia (2009). - Executive coaching to produce sustained change and
transformation for clients (individuals and business).
Pauline understands the education system and supports families
in the increasingly complex and often emotional process of
school choice and admissions procedures.
Pauline has a firm belief that the decisions related to education
choices for our children are critical for each family and child so
specialist knowledge, experience and understanding of the
education sector to support this process are vital.
A key driver for Pauline is her deep care about protecting and
nurturing children and allowing them to develop as confident,
independent and resilient young people through supportive
home and school environments.
Pauline’s commitment to our communities is demonstrated in her
3 years on the Board of Climate Positive (not-for-profit carbon
offset provider) as a not-for-profit Director
